Shitfaced Pretty Woman

Normally I don't like getting baited into listening to stories or even caring about them. For example, I hate the baited Facebook posts. Brian is thinking about his important decision. Dave is sad. Stacey hasn't had her period for 5 months and is growing a giant belly. I really don't care. Also don't get me started on the over hyped posts either, "It's raining diamonds and I just shit a gold necklace". That being said, today I was sitting there minding my own business when Mark IM'd me. BTW Mark has a band, they are playing this weekend you should check out the show. So Mark sent me a message.
so i got shitfaced with Julia Roberts last night.

So many things raced through my head. Was he playing a drinking game, shots every time you see the head vein in her movies? Was it literal, out somewhere drinking toe to toe with the real Pretty Woman? Sitting across a table like Marion in the original Indiana Jones? You know I had to bite on that one. The story was good, but I think my version of the Indy drinking scene would have been a little better. So I know appreciate the baited statements. I still am not going to give a shit and may fake some bit of interest, but what I will do is make up the most elaborate story and entertain myself with it.

And by the way, Mark might not make the performance on Saturday night, turns out he is on a private jet to Napal looking for some headpiece with his new partner Julia.

Last week's Lost

Lost came back last week. It was pretty damn good. I liked the flash forward it let a lot to be expected. They really didn't answer any questions and in fact asked a bunch more. A quote from an anonymous friend of mine said "...it made me feel like someone drilled a hole in my head and mind fuck me." Seemed like an interesting description.

Moving out to the South Bay this weekend, looking forward to the move, but not so excited about the south bay. Some of the people there are kinda douche bags. But on the plus side, I will be much closer to work and won't want to hit people with my truck as I drive to and fro along the 105. So...that's good, I guess.
